What is the return policy?
We offer 7 days from the day your order arrives to send an item back.
Returns must be shipped within that one-week window, and the item must be in the same condition it was received.
Return shipping costs are not covered by Oak Armoire, but you’re welcome to use any carrier that works best for you. Once we receive the item and confirm its condition, we’ll issue your refund.

What condition are your items in?
All of our pieces are handpicked, inspected, and in excellent condition. If we wouldn't put it on our babies, it's not on our website. We’re fully transparent about every item, so you’ll always see a clear note in the product description if there’s anything worth mentioning. Our goal is to make secondhand feel elevated, trustworthy, and truly enjoyable to shop.
How long does shipping take?
Your order ships out within 1–2 business days from the moment it’s placed.
We keep things simple, quick, and reliable- so your little one’s finds arrive without the wait.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on orders over $30.
For orders under $30, the shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the item’s weight and your location. We always aim to keep shipping as budget-friendly as possible.
Where do you source your items from?
Everything at Oak Armoire is sourced with intention from local shops. We handpick each piece ourselves- choosing items that are beautiful, functional, and aligned with the values we care about: quality, comfort, elegance and ease. We want shopping for your little ones to feel thoughtful, grounded, and fun again.
